Residents for Residents
"Residents for Residents," an association established in 2021 by volunteers from the Israel central region. Our mission is to extend a helping hand to those in need within our community, particularly in Givatayim, Ramat Gan, and the surrounding areas.
We are dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of our fellow residents who are facing hardships.
From elderly individuals and Holocaust survivors to single soldiers and struggling families, we provide essential support in the form of food baskets on a weekly basis. These baskets are tailored to meet the specific dietary needs and preferences of each recipient, ensuring that they receive items that are both nourishing and culturally appropriate.
our organization operates entirely on the dedication of volunteers. We have no paid staff, and any operational expenses are covered by a generous donor, allowing us to allocate 100% of donations directly towards purchasing food for those in need. Furthermore, "Residents for Residents" is officially recognized by proper management approvals and holds approval for section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance, ensuring that all donations are eligible for tax refunds.
