Bringing Food and Security to Families
Residents Helping Residents
Real community support, powered by volunteers
Residents Helping Residents is a grassroots, volunteer-based nonprofit that collects and distributes food every week to families in need, seniors, Holocaust survivors, lone soldiers, and anyone struggling with food insecurity.
With 100% of our work carried out by volunteers, we are committed to ensuring that every family has access to basic, nutritious food tailored to their needs. Every donation—whether food, clothing, or financial support—directly eases the daily struggles of people in the community.

Employer Matching
Many employers offer matching gift programs, allowing your donation to go twice as far.
Residents Helping Residents is registered with Benevity (https://<your company name>.benevity.org/) and GlobalGiving, making it easy for employees to have their contributions matched through their workplace giving platforms.
If your company uses JGive for employee giving or tax-return donations (through JGive@Work), you can find Residents Helping Residents there as well.
